IX THE COUNTY COURT OF VICTOIA, HOLDEN AT VICTORIA.

UENEBAL ORDER.

1. There thiill be vacation In the County Court ol Vieteria from the Uh day of Augnst to the Mth day of September, 1897, both days Inclusive, iluring which vicnllou, subject to the further provlMons herelua.ter coutaiuid, no cause shall be tried.

2. Nothing In these Rules shall luterfero with the issue or service of ordinary, default or judgment aummoDB, or garnishee prociedinga, or with proceedings for ibCalniiig judgment ou d' fault summons

4. During the said vacation the office hours of the oHlre of the Court shull he in ni^cordance with Rule G93, "Supreme Court Knlcs, 1890."
